EB-5 PROJECT

ONE°15 Brooklyn Marina is a U.S Immigrant Investor Visa Program project, also known as Employment-Based Fifth Preference Category (“EB-5”). Created by Congress in 1990, the program stimulates job creation and capital investment by immigrant investors via a “new commercial enterprise.”

Immigrant investors may gain permanent residence via the Direct Investment Program and the Regional Center Pilot Program.

The ONE°15 Brooklyn Marina project has accepted investors, some of whom have already received provisional permanent residency in the U.S.
