This Request For Proposals seeks proposals from local community not-for-profits and other entities to develop free and/or low cost programs for the 2021 season (May 1- Oct 31) in the following areas:
- Non-motorized water activities, including but not limited to:
- Small boat sailing programs for children and youths to learn to sail
- Kayaks and kayaking instruction
- Paddle boarding
- Dragon boats
