  • Pick Up/Drop Off < 15 minute stay (2X After Hours)

  • Weekly: 7 consecutive overnight stays, prorated nightly
  • Monthly: 30 consecutive overnight stays, prorated nightly

• Multihulls: a 1.5x pricing adjustment will be applied to all multihull dockage rates
• July 4th Weekend: Minimum 4 night stay, 2x surge on night of July 4th

Shore Power Daily Hookup Fee/Options:

• 30 Amp hookup fee – $25
• 50 Amp or 2 x 30 Amp hookup fee – $50
• 100 Amp hookup fee (120v/208v, 1-Phase, Blue 5 Pin) – $120
• 100 Amp hookup fee (120v/240v, 1-Phase, Gray 4 Pin) – $120
• 100 Amp hookup fee (480v, 3-phase, Red 4 Pin) – $220
• 200 Amp hookup fee (480v, 3-phase) – $260

*Metered electric may be available for guests staying longer than 30 days may elect to pay a minimum monthly hook up fee plus a metered electric charge.

Terms

• 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve transient slip
• Full balance is due 48 hours prior to start of reservation
• Check in 1pm, Check out 11am, Day rate applied for early arrival or late departure
• Slip fees and deposits are non-refundable. Credit may be applied to future reservations by the Management.
• Valid vessel insurance required for all guests prior to marina arrival.
