ARTHUR TAY, CEO, ONE°15 and MANAGING CHAIRMAN, SUTL
Tay is Chairman and CEO of the SUTL group of companies headquartered in Singapore. Mr. Tay is currently Chairman of the Superyacht Singapore Association. ONE°15 Marina Club, Sentosa, was Mr. Tay’s first marina project 10 years ago and has been the winner of Best Asian Marina/Yacht Club of the Year at Asia Boating Awards numerous times. Under the ONE°15 brand, Mr. Tay owns and is developing marinas in Phuket, Thailand and Puteri Harbor, Malaysia, and has management and consulting contracts with marinas across China and South East Asia. Under Mr. Tay’s leadership, SUTL has expanded its distribution of fast-moving consumer goods to more than thirteen countries across Asia.
ESTELLE LAU, DEPUTY CEO, ONE°15 Brooklyn Marina
Lau has spent the past 20 years focusing on cross-border investments and companies expanding between the United States and Asia, mainly with Chinese-speaking countries, where she has helped companies as legal counsel, structuring operating teams and finance. Most recently, she served as COO and Internal Counsel for Iron Solutions helping to restructure the company prior to sale to Trimble Inc. (NASDQQ: TRMB). She has served as General Counsel to pan-Asian venture funds, including CVM Capital and Crimson Capital and held the position of Vice President at 51 Jobs (NASDQ:JOBS), serving as internal counsel and managing investor relations in the United States.
STEPHEN YIP, Executive Director of Sailing, ONE°15 Brooklyn Marina
Stephen Yip has 20 years of experience as a sailing instructor as well as a plethora of offshore and sailing experience. From 1998-2009, Mr. Yip served as an instructor at True North Sailing School where he taught courses on basic keelboat, intro to racing, and coastal cruising. From there, he went on to serve as an instructor at the Manhattan Sailing School from 2009-2015, where he taught sailing courses and conducted spinnaker workshops. Since 2015, he has served as the Director of Sailing for ONE°15 Brooklyn Sailing Club.
